CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Eggs
- 350 gm Sugar (1 cup + ¾ cup)
- 200 gm Maida/All Purpose Flour (1.1/2 cup + 1 tsp)
- 30 gm Cocoa Powder (¼ cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 125 gm Dark Chocolate
- 250 gm Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Break the chocolate into small pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl and place the bowl in boiling water in a pan and melt it. When it is completely melted, let it cool.
- Add the molten Chocolate to Butter and mix well.
- Add Sugar and Vanilla Essence to the Eggs and beat until frothy.
- When the Eggs are beaten to a white froth, add the Chocolate mix and slowly mix it well.
- Sieve Maida and Cocoa Powder together. Use a spatula on the sieved powder is cut & fold method until they are thoroughly mixed.
- Spread Butter Paper in the mould and pour the chocolate mix into it. Pat gently so that there are no bubbles in the mixture.
- Put the cake mould in the preheated mould and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the baked Brownies cool entirely in the mould itself. Once cool, take it out, snip off the edges and cut it into pieces.
- Brownies taste even more delicious if eaten with Ice Cream.
